Terms of Purchase
1. Purchase Agreement
By purchasing The Pop-Up Profit Method, the buyer agrees to these Terms of Purchase, the Program/Coaching Agreement, Results Disclaimer, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Intellectual Property and Confidentiality Policy, Chargeback and Dispute Policy, and Access Term and Renewal Policy.
The buyer represents that they are authorized to make this purchase for themselves or their business. If purchasing on behalf of a company, the buyer represents that they have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. Products and Program Paths
The Pop-Up Profit Method may include one or more of the following paths:
- **Pop-Up Profit Method Playbook** — digital playbook / complete course-manual product.
- **The Pop-Up Profit - Bronze Method** — group coaching, course material access, and live group support.
- **The Pop-Up Profit - Gold Method** — higher-touch small-group coaching, course material access, and additional live group support.
Specific inclusions are determined by the buyer's selected checkout plan and the checkout/order confirmation page at the time of purchase.
3. Access Window
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Coaching, support, community, and live-call access are included for **six (6) months from the purchase date**.
- Course/material access may be available during the active access term, and may be extended or limited based on the selected product and technical platform.
- After the initial access term, continued access may require renewal, upgrade, or written approval from Maguire Group USA LLC.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at checkout unless a written payment plan is separately approved. The buyer is responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate and authorized. Failed payments, disputed payments, reversed payments, or suspected fraud may result in suspended access.
5. No Guarantee of Results
The Pop-Up Profit Method is educational and coaching-based. Results are not guaranteed. Case studies, revenue examples, margin examples, ad-spend examples, and launch outcomes are for illustration only and are not promises or typical results.
Revenue, profit, ROAS, customer turnout, margins, and operational outcomes depend on many factors including market, offer, demand, location, staffing, timing, execution, pricing, local competition, weather, platform rules, franchisor rules, and the buyer's own decisions.
6. No Franchisor/HQ Endorsement
Unless expressly stated in writing, The Pop-Up Profit Method is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by any franchisor, brand headquarters, platform, landlord, venue, or third-party company. The buyer is responsible for confirming that any strategy they implement complies with their own contracts, brand standards, lease rules, operating rules, and local laws.
7. No Legal, Tax, Financial, Franchise, or Accounting Advice
The program may discuss business, marketing, operations, pricing, and sales concepts. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, franchise, accounting, employment, insurance, or regulatory advice. Buyers should consult their own attorney, CPA, franchise counsel, insurance advisor, or other qualified professional before acting.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchases are for access to education, intellectual property, coaching capacity, and digital systems; refund requests are not automatically granted.
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, frameworks, templates, videos, recordings, checklists, prompts, scripts, and documents are owned by or licensed to Maguire Group USA LLC. Buyers receive a limited, non-transferable license for internal business use only. Resale, redistribution, copying, sublicensing, public posting, or training others from the materials is prohibited without written permission.
10. Buyer Responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for:
- Implementing the program ethically and legally.
- Making their own business decisions.
- Ensuring local compliance.
- Obtaining approvals from franchisors, HQ, landlords, venues, municipalities, health departments, insurers, or other required parties where applicable.
- Maintaining respectful conduct in coaching calls, community spaces, and communications.
11. Program Changes
Maguire Group USA LLC may update the program, curriculum, platform, call schedule, community tools, templates, or delivery method as needed. Updates do not guarantee additional access beyond the buyer's access term.
12. Termination of Access
Maguire Group USA LLC may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, chargebacks, harassment, confidentiality breaches, misuse of intellectual property, illegal conduct, reputational harm, platform abuse, or violation of these policies.
13. Electronic Acceptance
Checking the acceptance box, clicking a purchase button, completing checkout, or accessing the program constitutes electronic acceptance of these terms.
