Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
Because The Pop-Up Profit Method includes immediate access to digital materials, intellectual property, coaching capacity, planning resources, and/or community access, purchases are not automatically refundable.
2. Default Refund Position
Unless otherwise stated in writing at checkout, all sales are final once access is granted or onboarding begins.
3. Discretionary Review
Maguire Group USA LLC may review refund requests in its sole discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Factors may include:
- whether access was granted
- whether materials were viewed/downloaded
- whether coaching or onboarding began
- timing of the request
- payment status
- conduct and policy compliance
- whether the buyer made a good-faith implementation effort
4. No Refund for Lack of Results
Refunds are not granted merely because the buyer did not achieve a desired business result. Results are not guaranteed.
5. Payment Plans
If a payment plan is approved, the buyer remains responsible for all scheduled payments unless Maguire Group USA LLC agrees in writing to cancel or modify the plan. Loss of access does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations.
6. Cancellation
A buyer may request cancellation of future access or renewal, but cancellation does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid or owed.
7. Chargebacks
Buyers agree to contact Maguire Group USA LLC first to attempt to resolve billing issues before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of access.
