Program and Coaching Agreement
1. Purpose
This Program and Coaching Agreement governs participation in The Pop-Up Profit Method. The program provides business education, operational frameworks, marketing concepts, checklists, templates, and coaching support related to local pop-up/event-based revenue systems.
2. Relationship
Participation does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, franchise relationship, fiduciary relationship, or legal advisory relationship between the buyer and Maguire Group USA LLC.
3. Coaching Scope
Coaching may include general business education, strategy discussion, implementation feedback, launch planning, operational review, marketing concepts, and accountability. Coaching does not include doing all work for the buyer unless specifically stated in writing.
4. Standard Customer Access
Unless otherwise specified, The Pop-Up Profit - Bronze Method customers receive:
- Six (6) months of group coaching/support access from purchase date.
- Access to designated course/video/materials during the active term.
- Access to the main live group coaching call schedule as published by Maguire Group USA LLC.
- Access to general community channels, if available.
Bronze Method customers do not receive unlimited private access, Gold Method-only calls, custom done-for-you execution, or guaranteed individual review unless specifically included in their checkout offer.
5. Gold Method Customer Access
Unless otherwise specified, The Pop-Up Profit - Gold Method customers receive:
- Six (6) months of Premium access from purchase date.
- Access to Standard materials and group call access.
- Access to Premium mentorship support/calls as published by Maguire Group USA LLC.
- Higher-touch group review and support compared with Standard.
Premium does not mean unlimited 1:1 individual support unless specifically stated in writing.
6. Live Calls and Scheduling
Live call days, times, platforms, formats, recordings, and availability may change. Missed calls do not automatically extend the access term. Recordings may or may not be provided depending on platform, privacy, participant consent, and company policy.
7. Buyer Participation
Buyer results depend heavily on buyer participation, execution, market conditions, operational capacity, local approval, staff performance, advertising execution, offer quality, and other external factors. Buyers are expected to participate professionally, complete assigned work, and make their own decisions.
8. Conduct Standards
Participants must communicate respectfully and may not harass, threaten, abuse, defame, spam, solicit, misrepresent results, steal intellectual property, or disrupt the community. Maguire Group USA LLC may remove participants who violate conduct standards.
9. No Emergency Support
The program is not emergency business rescue, crisis management, legal response, tax response, HR response, or same-day operational command unless separately contracted in writing.
10. Third-Party Platforms
The program may use third-party platforms such as Stripe, Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, web hosting, or video/course tools. Maguire Group USA LLC is not responsible for outages, terms, policies, or technical limitations of third-party platforms.
11. Expiration and Alumni Status
At the end of the six-month access term, the participant may be moved to alumni/nurture status, lose coaching/community/direct-access privileges, or be offered renewal/upgrade options.
