Access Term and Renewal Policy
1. Default Access Term
Unless a checkout page or written agreement states otherwise, coaching, support, community, and live-call access are provided for six (6) months from the purchase date.
2. What Ends After Six Months
After the access term ends, Maguire Group USA LLC may remove or restrict access to:
- coaching calls
- Premium calls
- Slack/community channels
- direct support
- office hours
- live Q&A
- new updates
- private reviews
- onboarding/support workflows
3. Course and Material Access
Course/material access may be available only during the active term unless otherwise stated. Maguire Group USA LLC may update, archive, move, or retire materials as the program evolves.
4. Alumni/Nurture Status
After expiration, buyers may be moved to alumni or nurture status. Alumni status does not guarantee continuing coaching or community access.
5. Renewal and Upgrade
Continued access may require renewal, upgrade, or written approval. Renewal pricing, terms, availability, and inclusions may change.
6. Early Removal
Maguire Group USA LLC may remove a participant before the end of the term for policy violations, nonpayment, chargebacks, harassment, confidentiality breaches, IP misuse, illegal conduct, or other conduct harmful to the program/community.
